At Anekke, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Anekke dust bag and box, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
